Food was excellent and server was charming but payment experience leaves little to be desired. They ask you to confirm the items you purchased on an iPad then what percent you want to tip. Unbeknownst to you, they apply the gratuity percent on the total with the tax included, obviously to increase their tips. Being generous isn't enough, they squeeze you for more!
This was our first time at 400 Gradi and we enjoyed it very much. We arrived around 5pm and it got very busy around 6pm. We had pizza and a couple of sides and our favorite was the pizza. They do happy hour items that we took advantage of (3-6pm) and they were good as well.
Have always enjoyed Gradi, but this time fell a little short. Longer wait for service heard excuses for handling larger party, which was surprising. Dishes were good. Ordered the Tiramisu to wrap up and was not traditional with lady fingers.
