I've been here several times and ordered the chicken half, chicken wings, rib tips, ribs, and mac. The smoked chicken wings lacked flavor but the smoked chicken half was large in size full of flavor. I absolutely loved the rib tips but the pork ribs didn't have enough flavor. I wasn't a fan of the of the mac due to once again, flavor. All in all I would definitely reccomend the meats and bbq sauce.
I smell the delicious smoke and food in the mornings in the neighborhood and was happy we finally tried it. It was as good as it smells! The beef rib (Saturday special I believe) was HUGE and quite tasty. Very tender and a nice crust/char. It was melt in your mouth, like a better pot roast. I really wanted to like this place- but i just really couldn't get over the dry/unflavored brisket. We got a pound of brisket which was about 5 slices. It had a good bark to the sides of it but the actual meat didn't have any flavor and was extremely dry and hard to cut with a knife. However both sausages were really good- we both the regular pork and beef and the jalapeño cheese sausage and they were both tasty.
