“The young man at the window took 15 minutes to come say hello and take my money. He was very rude. His manager heard him and shook his head but I’m sure she wasn’t reprimanded or corrected. There’s no Arby’s near me so I drove quite some time to get there. I’ll drive to one further to avoid this location. I was the only one in drive and nobody was in the lobby. It took 30min for 1 classic roast beef. Unacceptable!“
“This was my first time eating at Arby’s and when my husband and I arrived, we decided to eat inside and I was so impressed with how clean it was inside. The service was great and the food was actually really good. I left feeling satisfied with the meal. I honestly was very surprised. I had always heard about Arby’s, but I had never been there so I was happy to ring the bell while I was there.“
“Tried the burger for first time, the smell it me with that good burger smell and I wasn't disappointed....thanks for not serving hard warmed-over curly fries as most places do, they were hot, fresh and soft...customer service could use a little work, a young man acts like he really doesn't want to be bothered when ask for assistance“
“Stopped by on a wim and actually went in to eat and it was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been to and THE workers were super nice and the cook was super professional and cooked it fast but cooked it correctly and it was so delicious!! I asked for their names and they were DALIA and CARMEN and they were absolutely amazing definitely need to be rewarded for top notch everything“
