The company has decided to longer sell flavored pretzels for whatever dumb reason. Who would overpay this much for a plain anything? Also the directions on Yelp took me the complete other way, not that the employee GAF when I told him. Enjoy going out of business!

Patronized this location [Terminal D, Gate 36] on 6/22/2023 between 3:55-4pm, before my flight, and the cashier rudely tried to get me to purchase what I did not ask for. Before ordering, I noticed all that was staged were regular size pretzel nuggets.I informed her that I wanted to purchase a small order of cinnamon pretzel nuggets. She informed me they only had regular size.I said again that I wanted to purchase a small and not regular. She replied with "all we have is regular size."I refuted with "are you not able to make a small size because I do not want to purchase a regular size?"She sighed with disgust and took one of the staged, regular size and made me a small order. If you do not want customers to order/purchase a smaller size, then remove it from the menu. There is a more professional way to upsell than to rudely try to con the customer into purchasing a size they do not want and has mentioned more than once that they did not want to.

Not the friendliest service, but they were quick. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and grabbed a lemonade, pretzel bites, and pretzel dog bites with just enough time to catch my connection flight from Dallas to New Orleans. I was happy with my purchase.

Satisfied with my food! A small order of cinnamon/sugar nuggets is the perfect little pick-me-up when on a long day of travel. The service was quick and easy, and the counter woman made sure to offer me a dipping side just in case I forgot haha. All about that icing dipper if you're feeling a sweet tooth coming on! While it was flowing with business as I watched, no one was ever stuck in line unlike some of ther bordering food spots.

Well, if you're at terminal D gate 36 for a connecting AA flight check out Auntie Anne's. The staff was not very helpful and you can tell english is not their first language. Made it very difficult to order and it go to the point I just paid and left. I went to another place to get some mustard for my pretzels. The pretzels were the little ball ones as they HAD NO REGULAR PRETZELS! For being a pretzel shop they had no inventory and nothing prepared and that was late afternoon!WTHeck?Very disappointing to be honest and next time i'm there, which is pretty often, I will walk on by... Que Dionne Warwick's greatest hit on this place

If you are looking for a place to grab a quick snack before you board your plane, this is the perfect stop. They freshly bake their bread every day and their pretzels are warm and soft. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves bread

I just have to give every Auntie Anne's 5 stars cause I loooove mini pretzel dogs.

Fairly decent snack spot at DFW Airport. We wanted to order two pretzels - but they only offered us pretzel bites. Not really a big deal. But the customer service wasn't especially warm and friendly.

Whoever manages this store instructs the employees to sell only the larger size pretzel nuggets. They didn't have any regular pretzels in stock and had plenty of pretzel nuggets, but refused to sell me a smaller size. The girl working the register told me sorry several times, but that she wasn't allowed to sell the smaller size. Obviously it's a forced up charge which is sad. Since I was traveling alone, I couldn't eat the huge size alone.

The employee Labiba G is every rude to ALL the customers. She basically threw my food bag on the counter and talks to me with attitude. Then my aunts who were traveling with me, also had a bad experience she said she couldn’t understand her she told her to get out of line because she had other people waiting, before finishing my aunts order. Even the customer behind said “no i will wait serve them first.”

A-ok is right. I wanted something quick to eat that was filling and familiar and close to our gate. Auntie Anne's fit the bill. I got my pretzel nuggets (because they were the only thing available....no pretzels had been cooked and it would be a bit of some time before they'd be ready), seasoned and flavored the way I wanted. I got a frozen lemonade thing that quenched my thirst and cooled my rushing-through-the-airport body. I got what I needed. It was fine. The end.

Don't go there if you want actual salted pretzel or a jalapeno pretzel I haven't seen one of those in about 2 years. In the morning there is one or two breakfast sandwiches. They definitely know how to make pigs in a blanket because it's more expensive and they have the passenger traffic trapped because that's all they have 99% of the time.
