We ordered a party pack we were told it'd be 45mins to an hour. it took them an hour and a half and gave us a cheese sheet when we ordered and paid for 4 different toppings. the resolution was us to wait another 30mins for them to make another sheet and give them back the cheese sheet we got. of course they ended up taking way longer then they said to bring the new sheet. so in total we waited 3 hours for a sheet pizza and wings. they didn't even offer any compensation...
Their Chicken Venice is outstanding. This is the second time we have been there and we would recommend anything on the menu. The service is great and atmosphere is fun. Each time we visit Dallas we plan on coming back.
First know that Big D’s is actually inside Alfonso’s… it’s not a storefront on its own. The Detroit style pizza was very good. If our food had been the pepperoni pizza only, this probably would be a four star review. The crust was crisp and blackened in spots. The pepperoni cups were curled on the edges and everything had really good flavor. What brings the review down was the sausage topping on our other pizza- it was a major let down, dry and bordering flavorless. Not...
