Yet another disappointing experience at Cedar Springs Tap House ! We came to watch the Cowboys game ( as we have done in weeks past ).At 3:30 we asked a female manager if the game could be turned on, she said yes. I asked with sound ? And get a terse NO sound. No explanation, no sorry we have a guitarist playing today, nothing. She then just walked away. I had a nice evening of drinks and some grub about a month or so ago here, and had a great time!The service was very friendly and quick - from the host to the wait staff, they were all super welcoming and accommodating and quick to get anything that you requested. I've loved this place for a few years now. I enjoy the beer selection and the food is good too. The music is a bit loud inside so I prefer lounging on the patio. The service can be a little slow sometimes but the staff is always very friendly and apologetic. This place stays pretty busy on weeknights and weekends so it's to be expected.
