Ceviche Loco Restaurante offers delicious Mexican meals with flavorful salsas, marvelous rice, beans, and baked potato, as well as delightful quesadillas and garlic shrimp. They have a kids' menu and high chairs available, making it kid-friendly. The service is quick and friendly, and they offer a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, with knowledgeable bartenders. However, some customers have noted that the parking is often full, the service can be slow, and the food can sometimes be cold. Despite these occasional issues, the restaurant continues to serve tasty dishes like the crispy chicken milanesa, shrimp cocktail, and mole enchiladas, which have been praised for their flavor.
