BEST CHOCOLATE PIE I HAVE EVER TASTED! Chances is a little hidden treasure, located on the first floor of the Tolleson Family Activity Center (part of Highland Park United Methodist Church). The cafe is staffed with volunteers from HPUMC's "disABILITY Ministry." Not a bad attitude in the place! ;-) They serve fresh-brewed coffee, their "signature" iced tea, fruited water, and PIE!
