I was sitting having my dinner when one of the employees "Jas" got mad because she want to clean the area while i am sitting alone quite enjoying my food she interrupted my dinner rudely yelling if you are not a Chick-fil-A customer you are not allowed to have your food here and she kept looking at me interrupting my dinner repeatedly even after i was almost done eating, i was coming to chick fila to buy my food but the line was long,it is an open area restaurant in the dfw airport should be for all people, long story short i am never stopping by any Chick-fil-A ever again!

I should have checked the review before I bought my Chick-fil-A original sandwiches here this morning. It's the worst chick-fil-a experience i've ever had. The gentleman handled my order wasn't helpful at all. I had an airline voucher from American Airlines, and he told me to enter all the 16 digits on the keypad by myself. I think he could have entered them for me, which I found out later that Einstein Bagels did for my son. The Chick-fil-A representative just stood there looking at me as if I wasn't there. I struggled as my vision isn't the best at looking at small keypad buttons again he just stood there watching me struggle. Worst yet, after entering all the 16 digits manually, expiration date, and the ccv from the small-font printed voucher, there's a balance so I tapped my credit card and suddenly the keypad asked for gratuity, and without any help for entering my card, he suddenly told me that there's more to do on the keypad. I struggled further as the menu for gratuity is not intuitive. After struggling for about a minute, he still looked at me and did not help. Finally, I was frustrated and pressed on the screen or some physical button it went to another screen, but I didn't even approve the purchase, but somehow, it approved the purchase and the gratuity without my consent. I hate to think it, but because of this experience, I think perhaps he approved it on my behalf, which I question whether that was even allowed by law or, more importantly, by Chick-fil-A policy? I'm very disappointed by this experience and will have to think twice and take time when I drive by a Chick-fil-A when I want some fast food, especially when there are so many choices out there.

i had a terrible experience here on terminal c today. Clarise, the Hispanic lady did not want to substitute the chicken on the Cobb salad I order she was very rude in the way she managed the situtaion. i wanted spicy chiken salad and that was all. she made tye whole order hard on me and she told me that the southwest salad, that I've never ordered had the spicy crispy chI ken on it and it didn't . I went back and asked that I wanted crispy a picky chicken on my salad and she turned around from helping out a customer and yelled to another lady saying NO we can't do that. I was very upset. this was wrong by all means. I will not be coming back to this location in the airport.

They're super busy, but fast and efficient. They don't take custom orders, aside from removing things (ie. No tomato on your sandwich). I wanted their southwest salad with their crispy nuggets but that wasn't an option, fine okay. The salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and the container was full. I wish they would've offered me more dressing though. There isn't a ton of seating in the restaurant so expect to grab it and go to your gate or find another spot near by. Pretty good experience for airport food.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Incredibly slow for no apparent reason. It wasn't even busy but the line of people waiting for their food (after they ordered) kept growing and growing. The food was good but not worth the time waiting for it.

First off, full disclosure, I did not know Chick-fil-A served breakfast. I do now.I spent about an hour and a half outside the line looking at the menu trying to figure out what to order. I settled on the number 6.The 6 is a breakfast combo that includes biscuit, egg cheese and bacon along with a side of tater tots and a bev. Let's start with the tater tots. Not bad. For breakfast I think they give you plenty. I would suspect around a dozen. Cooked well, not greasy, but good tasting. Of course I had to get some ketchup to dip them in.The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was OK. Not very warm. You get plenty of bacon, a decent size piece of cheese, but I found the biscuit to be overwhelming, covering up all the other tastes. It was much on the dry, not too tasty side when it comes to biscuits. For a beverage I went with a sweet tea. Have never gone wrong with this at chick-fil-a.
