How does this chick fil a have so many negative reviews?? You guys don't know how good y'all have it. I don't have a chick fil a at home so every time I fly through DFW, I get chick fil a from here. It does the job. Anddd unlike the DEN air IAH chick fil as, this one has frosted lemonade! That being said, the menu is a bit limited. They don't have certain items I've seen at regular chick fil as (even though this location is better than other airport locations I've been to). The people are nice though and the line moves fast. They even take the time to wipe down the tables every so often even though turn over is high and I heard them going around asking dine in customers if they wanted drink refills. It's very conveniently located near the United gates, so I really have no excuse not to get it on my way out or in..... unless I'm on the 6am flight and they aren't open yet. OR if I am flying on a freaking Sunday. Ugh the worst. They aren't open on Sundays.

Chicken biscuit here was sadly stale and not warm. Workers talk over you as your order. Wasn't worth the money like most chikfalas. Fast though.

I love CFA. But this location is baaaad. Several (most) times nobody shows up to open up on time. I would suggest the corporate either fix this or shut it down to protect the brand.

At approximately 12:45pm on 5/28, I ordered some food here prior to my flight. I will have to say this was the rudest and most condescending team I've have ever experienced for some time now. I'm extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A franchise for their lack courtesy and professionalism. Not up to par with some worst fast food chains. The recent health score provided on yelp is very accurate. Consider other options.

We love the taste and the chicken they have. After an early morning flight from The Eastern time zone we were glad to see this location near where we were getting our connecting flight. Not usually going here for breakfast, we have never had their minis. Yes they are small but they are very good. Not inly the chicken but also the roll

Quick service, short line on a Friday evening. Everyone was pleasant enough but they didn't have 2 of the 3 salads they serve. I ordered my last choice which I couldn't eat without a fork. If you can remember to say "my pleasure" you can say "forks are over there sir." Rushed to my plane starving and had to stare at my food, unable to eat it.

Wow, I get that airport editions of fast food restaurants are usually a step down from their stand alone counterparts. However, this is just pitiful. We showed up to a modest line. Not enough to make us go elsewhere, but enough to wonder why. As we stood in line it became clear the left hand wasn't talking to the right. What was coming out of the kitchen definitely wasn't what was being requested by the customers. By the time we got to the front, the staff was super pleasant and that's the only difference between one and two stars here. Once ordered, our food took forever. And once delivered, it was cold and flavorless. Worst Chick Fil A location I've ever been to.

About a week ago. Waited 45 minutes in line when they only had one cashier working. Very limited menu with no egg options at breakfast. Food I did receive was cold, dry and barely edible.

Very friendly service. It is a mini Chick-fil-A so the menu is very limited. There are only 5 options to choose from. Food isn't really up to normal chick-fil- and the line was SUPER long. Be prepared to wait if you want your chicken.

They have about 30% of the menu on the wall, and the employees treat you like your bothering them.

The food is good as anywhere else, but the service is terrible. They are all too happy to turn customers away. Luckily, I snuck in just below the wire, but they'd already turned off all the ovens and basically told me we only have one sandwich left.

Good spicy chicken sandwich and great staffs here . Very limited on the menu only two items you can order on the screen.

This must not have been a regular CFA as they did not honor the app. In addition, they had two menu items I don't usually see at a location: a sausage biscuit and a bacon biscuit. None of these issues made for a bad or poor experience, I was simply caught off guard. Overall, I did have a great experience and will eat here again whenever I am at the airport.

I'm so grateful this store is open. Unfortunately the customer service is not what you get from the brick and mortar stores out in the real world so don't go in expecting great service.

Its Chick-fil-A, you know what to expect. A decent chicken sandwich and general above par service compared to other fast food chains. However, when I stopped in the other evening they were just closing up and they still took me as a customer anyway. I told them if it was too much trouble I'd be more then happy to go somewhere else because I've been that employee trying to close up and somebody comes in last minute, not cool. Nevertheless they insisted it was fine, took my order, and I was promptly given my food with a smile while they were serving another family. So shout out to the team in the chick-fil-A in Terminal D, thank you for the great service.
