Friends weren’t fresh. I drove around again for better fries just to be given the same fries in a new bag. Chick fila is now giving McDonald’s 2.0
them managed to mess up my order and on top of that did not include any of the sauces.
I was charged for 2 items I used points for. My emailed receipt shows I should have been charged 9.36 and it showed I had a $13 discount but I was actually charged $25 on my credit card. When I called the restaurant the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and said well since they are points I can't do anything unless you bring back the food. I explained that I didn't live in the area and it would take me almost an hour to drive back. I asked to speak to her manager...read full review
