We found Chip’s today by making a wrong turn. It was our first visit of many more to come. We thoroughly enjoyed our made-your-way burgers. I’m so glad to know of a place that makes onion straws- my favorite!!! My husband enjoyed the fries too. We also felt the price point was reasonable. Too, the staff is so friendly and genuine.
We’ll be back soon.
I have had just about everything thing in the menu and have loved everything I’ve eaten. People are friendly, food is great and drinks are good! Kevin and Nick are great bartenders.
It’s a small restaurant, but good food.

Chip's Old Fashioned Hamburgers is a charming spot known for its delicious food and great variety on the menu. Customers often praise the huge, flavorful burgers, with some mentioning that the basic burger is amazingly delicious and worth returning for regularly. The fries are highly favored, tasting better than those at other places, and customers receive generous portions. The steak fingers, fried green tomatoes, and cheese sticks are highly recommended, and the house-made ranch dressing is a favorite. The staff, including friendly employees and attentive servers, provide excellent service, making the experience enjoyable. The restaurant offers a pretty good 1/2 pound burger served on a fluffy poppy seed bun with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, cooked exactly as ordered—medium well with a juicy bite. The burger is complemented by crispy sweet potato fries and fresh veggies, although some felt the veggies could be more plentiful. The onion rings are stringy but delicious, and the side of broccoli is cooked perfectly. The space has a cool, old-fashioned vibe, and there's a bar connected to the restaurant, adding to its charm. Customers also enjoy the black sesame seed buns and the house-made ranch dressing. Overall, Chip's remains a place worth visiting for a fantastic lunch or quick bite, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere making every visit special. The peanut butter pie continues to be a must-try before heading to the airport, and the clean, friendly environment ensures a great experience every time.
