What’s the point of opening at 10 if NOTHING is ready? I came before work & they told me 30 wait. Who has time to wait? Get it together! I literally waited for 40 minutes. There were 4 workers. There is no reason why stuff isn’t done.

Where are you supposed to sit and eat this stuff? Doesn’t make any sense on how this place offers this messy desserts but don’t got anywhere to sit. I bought the, Oreo Cinnabon, and threw it out. What a waste! I also was looking for the, Cookies and Cream Chillotta, and I didn’t see it on the menu. The staff also kept calling people to the front to order before even getting a chance to speak! Horrible service and menu!

The service is typically pretty rough at this location, but I had my BF bring a creamy, caramel, pecan covered roll home for me. The center was a tad undercooked, but overall, it was delish as always. This is a rare treat for me, but as you can see, my bestie couldn't resist either. 😻

The large roll is delicious, it is soft, just that for my taste it is a lot of cinnamon and little glaze, but it is still very delicious and at a good price, the service was good and fast

I clearly asked for TWO churros and they only give me one. What kind of strange person pays almost 4 dollars for ONE SINGLE CHURRO?! It's not the first time they get my order wrong. I didn't get my second churro without first having to pay for their mistake. And they're very very rude on top of that.

We got the frozen lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and the mini cinnamon rolls. The drinks were watered down and disgusting. We ended up throwing our drinks away. The mini cinnamon rolls were okay but it wasn't enough to make us want to return.
