The floor moves as you eat your meal to give you a 360 degree view of the Dallas metroplex area from the convenience of your table.A beautiful and romantic spot without a doubt. Food here isn’t that expensive considering the ambiance and view.
This being the only accessible food/drink service at the top of the tower, it's expected that the prices will be marked up. We had the chips and salsa as a snack. To my surprise, the salsa was quite tasty. The rotating view made it even better as we munched on the snack!

The view, AC, and the atmosphere were probably the best things about this place, but the food was lackluster. The view is good here as it is indoors where there is AC and you won't feel or hear the wind like you normally would on the outdoor observation deck. The atmosphere is good, they have some really modern design and lighting on the walls of the cafe itself.
