Clutch Bar and Restaurant

Food was good. Staff were good. I was offered a table right next to the door which i disliked. They add 3% service charge and 20% tips by default. I think the tip should be reflective of service and left to the customers to judge.

Andre was fantastic and very communicative and kind in a difficult situation while those senior to him refused to even make eye contact. Andre deserves more responsibility. It's so unfortunate that there's so many negative reviews! I've only been here once but it was a fun vibe. I'm new to Texas so this whole concept was new to me but it was nice! I came around 10 or 11 on a Saturday night..it wasn't packed at all but over time it did fill up a bit more. 85% of the people there (including myself and my entire party) were black so to see so many reviews mentioning racism is shocking to me.
