Got the one meat plate with brisket and 2 sides. The meat was delicious and the sides did not disappoint. Really great food for an airport.

Mediocre overpriced BBQ. Service was good. Got a 2 meat sampler for 34$ after tax and tip. And expected to get more for my money. 4 slices of brisket 1/4 in thick 2.5 inches long. 1/3 of small thin chicken breast that was over seasoned. Not worth the money imho.

I ordered Bev's Smokehouse Salad. Brisket, lettuce, tomato (not many), Bleu cheese and croutons. It was a decent value. The brisket was dry. It was supposed to come with 2 onion rings and I was told they were out of onion rings and they refused to substitute anything else except extra croutons or offer a reduced price. I asked for a bag of chips and was told "No.". I liked the salad but not enough to return to an airport restaurant that was unaccommodating.

Overwhelmingly salty biscuits and gravy, and I’m a smoker. I usually need more salt. Absolute trash.

Did a to go order, but then had time to sit. They said they wouldn't serve me because I couldn't provide a tip! Refused entry because they said I can't tip, even though I was going to order additional food and drinks. Food is great.

Service is meh, what you’d expect from airport but the bbq was surprisingly tasty! Very tender and flavorful.

Dreams do come true! I almost left the airport during my long layover to get a Dallas baked potato. Cousins was worth the time it took to take the free airport train to change terminals. B43 has the full bar and feels more like a dine-in experience over a food hall. I didn't see okra on the menu, but they have it if you ask! ? I got to eat and finish my work using their wifi while watching the game and having a sweet tea with Makers Mark.

Gentleman cutting the brisket wasn'tvthere because he liked serving the public. While I was eating he was looking for something on the fllor. Never changed gloves after he started back to work.

I ordered the brisquet salad with onion rings. Onion rings weren't available, which wasn't a big deal, but the order taker wouldn't reduce the price accordingly. She then foolishly said that the onion rings weren't part of the salad, when the menu clearly stated otherwise.Even though the service was not good - the food was excellent.

The BBQ is terrible. Dry brisket, pulled pork sandwich had a piece of bone in it. Sides even worse. $60 for two for lunch= not worth it.
