“This place is our Saturday tradition. A classic donut shop with the sweetest owners. He noticed my dog and I standing outside as we waited for my husband to order and pay and we found some extra donut holes in our bag just for our pup 🥲.
The kolaches are classic- they also have jalapeño flavors, and some without cheese.
The apply fritter is amazing. The cinnamon twists are perfect and you can never go wrong with a classic glazed. They also have a wide variety of sprinkles, and cake donuts as well.“

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this donut shop! For National Donut Day, we wanted to do something special for our customers—and thanks to this incredible team, we absolutely did. We ordered a few dozen donuts, including some custom creations, and even requested handwritten notes inside the boxes. Not once did they hesitate on any of my (admittedly last-minute!) requests.

Tanya was amazing throughout the entire process—so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. “I've been going to this donut shop for quite some time now. It's close in the area where I love. My kids love the different varieties of donuts and so do I. Their pigs in a blanket are pretty good I like the fact they'll warm up your items if you ask them. It's usually a line when I do venture there but it moves pretty fast.“

“to Adailena MartinezI've been a customer for 10+ years and I sometimes go to the shop at 4 or 5 a.m. and see the employees make the donuts. the staff are also really friendly. they were always freshly made, fried and glazed. they always could heat up the donuts if you'd like but if they heat up the donuts the icing might melt. the donuts you got that didn't have icing on it was probably the plain cake. I also don't really think their donuts were ever cold bc the store is warm and so the donuts don't ever get cold. Maybe just go again around the morning, they probably make more donuts in the mornings then the afternoons so that might also be a factor as to why you though the donuts were cold. the donut shop is also very popular and near a high school so if they ever run out of a certain donut that's probably why they didn't have original glazed donuts.the staff also recognize me when I go so thats what I also like about the donut shop.“

If you even think that Krispy kreme could be good, you have not eaten at a donut palace. Same with every other establishment selling supposedly superior donuts m.. no. This place is the best.

“I always use drive thru because I like to go to a place where they offer convenience for their clients. The donuts have always been fresh any time I go. The lady who I assume is the owner is always very nice with me and always greets me with a smile.“

“THE BEST DONUTS IN DFW. Nothing even close, they are fluffy, soft, and with a perfect glaze. They are the only place I’ve found that still uses real shortening (tallow/fat) over the vegetable shortening (crisco) that most places use. Makes for a far tastier, less greasy, and even healthier donut! Everyone should try Royal Donuts once, please.“

“I love the smell of fresh doughnuts in the morning. My experience here was good. The only my draw back was sound of a worker (young man) taking to a customer like a child so early in the morning. Now, I drive past 2-3 other donut stores to come here.This is a small, local, mom and pop run store with a wide variety of donuts. They may run out of some varieties, so get here early! They are generous with the icing and haven't shrunk their donuts recently, unlike others in the area...Great, homemade donuts served by a couple who take pride in their work. What's not to love?“
