“Have you ever had donuts that were touched by an angel? No, really. Touched by an angel and baked by the Lord himself because these donuts are literally the best. They melt in your mouth. The kolaches are LARGE and in CHARGE! The service is top notch and beyond what me would expect from a donut shop in the Dallas Zoo area. I am so grateful I found them on my walk this morning. Not only did they fill my cup this morning, I was also blessed with inspiration to keep moving forward! Run don’t walk to AM donuts. You will be surprised and delighted! Thank you.“

“I stopped by Vintage Donuts and picked up a dozen sprinkle donuts for the kids—their favorite! Personally, I think $21 for a dozen donuts is a bit steep, but I guess that's just the cost of inflation these days. That said, the attendant was incredibly kind and threw in a free bag of donut holes and a cinnamon roll to make up for the price, which was a really thoughtful gesture.

I also grabbed some kolaches for my brother-in-law, and he said they were delicious—plus they’re all beef, which was a nice bonus. The kids loved their donuts, my sister enjoyed the cinnamon roll, and overall, it made for a great breakfast for our family.

The shop has that charming, mom-and-pop feel, and the service really stood out. Despite the price, everything tasted great and the experience was positive. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

I'm 28 now and recently stopped by again and still tastes just as good as when I was little. The service is great and so are the prices. “We got the kolaches, ham cheese crescent with egg, and cinnamon rolls with assorted doughnuts. Everything was fresh and so good. We went every day while visiting dallas. The glaze on top of the kolaches was too good. And the cinnamon rolls are amazing. Everything was very affordable. The lady at the counter got us everything we needed but since they were busy she didnt spend to much time on one customer. Which is understandable. Will come back on our next visit.“

“Picture it Christmas morning having to go to work. Nobody wants to work on Christmas, but alas some must. Most shops in Red Oak were closed but RedOak Donuts open sign shining like a beautiful star at 5:20am. The service was phenomenal. I'm not sure if the gentleman was the owner or not, but he was absolutely the best. Donuts were as fresh as you could ask for. Absolutely will come back. Highly recommend. Anyway, I’ve driven by Rainbow Donuts many times over the years while visiting my family, but never stopped by because for some reason my doctor wants me to eat better. The staff is super friendly, courteous, and professional. Rainbow makes great glazed donuts, eclairs, and those jumbo sized breakfast croissant dealios. I’m notorious for my appetite and can honestly say those croissants left me sated for most of the day! I highly recommend Rainbow Donuts!“
