Great food and super nice people working there. I got the guiso de res plate and it was amazing. It wasn’t full of fat, or potatoes, or jalapeños. It was so tender it fell apart using a spoon. Perfectly seasoned and the salsa verde was good also. My buddy Pedro recommended it and it was spot on.
El tacaso is open 24hrs I've never been there at night but I love going early on a Sunday to reverse the effects of a Saturday night I've eaten here a couple times but mostly to go It's a small simple dining room. Clean and quiet except for the sound of the ladies toiling away in the kitchen... No one welcomes customers. No Hi, Hello or "one second please". Not sure if the employees know that we are customers.Meanwhile the tacos are good. Inside the place is quiet, so peaceful. No music, and that makes you enjoy eating those delicious tacos like El Tacaso.I was a little disappointed because they don't have tacos de tripas.
