Really disappointing compared to the usual Five Guys: chips were super salty, dry burger, chopped onions instead of sliced (literal chopped pieces 2cm thick), watered coke… I’m no US fast food expert but this was pretty bad

My children and I are visiting Dallas for the first time for just 3 weeks, so wanted to review all the fast food chains. Five Guys is by far the most expensive. Service was quick but the cashier didn't look very happy. The food was quite tasty, but didn't justify the price of 62 dollars for 2 cheeseburgers and a hot dog. Probably won't be coming back unless prices are reduced.

I love five guys, But when your cashier or server woke up in the wrong side of the bed, just Send them home or ask them to try and overcome their problem before vomiting their attitude in customer. Love five guys, hate this branch
Great service, great product, very friendly staff. The place was very clean and tidy and staff were so polite and were around tidying up etc after customers.

Food was amazing however the employee who took care of us was completely rude it was my first time coming here and I didn’t know the toppings didn’t come with the burger she kept screaming at me telling me what I wanted and was extremely rude and rolling her eyes at me and I did nothing but be nice back she should honestly get fired for this I was looking at the reviews and saw I wasn’t the only one she was rude to, my recipe said the cashier’s name was Monique J so I’m guessing that’s her name but overall everything good except for that extremely rude employee.
