I love five guys, But when your cashier or server woke up in the wrong side of the bed, just Send them home or ask them to try and overcome their problem before vomiting their attitude in customer. Love five guys, hate this branch

It is the worst burger in terms of quality and price that I have ever tried, $48.00 for two burgers and a French fry, the bun was cold and the taste of the burger and its size is nothing special, I don’t recommend this place

Food was amazing however the employee who took care of us was completely rude it was my first time coming here and I didn’t know the toppings didn’t come with the burger she kept screaming at me telling me what I wanted and was extremely rude and rolling her eyes at me and I did nothing but be nice back she should honestly get fired for this I was looking at the reviews and saw I wasn’t the only one she was rude to, my recipe said the cashier’s name was Monique J so I’m guessing that’s her name but overall everything good except for that extremely rude employee.

Was planning on Christmas Eve Five Guys at Galleria. Website said closes at 5. My son got off work at 3.30pm and we raced to galleria. First stop Five Guys at 3:55. They had just closed. When i said website said 5pm they said 4pm. Still had 5 minutes but sorry. Go away. Marketing folks need to make sure website times reflect actual store time. Disappointed.
The receipt shows items as order. Staff refused to correct the order after agreeing it wasn't prepared as requested. 12/24/24 @ 2:45p.m.

We were getting hungry walking around the mall. We saw five guys and ordered are food. As we are ordering are food the lady taking my order was extremely rude. All most acting as if I was mentally incompetent. We waited for are food and the guy giving us are food was very nice. But as we where looking for napkins, the girl telling us where they where was rude and rolled her eyes at us for asking a simple question of where the napkins are at. Food is good but some people working here need to fix their attitude.

That was my first meal at the five guys...and you just.....😆 They put potatoes in packet all over the sandwiches!!! I hardly could find my burger! And guess what!! It wasn't well-done as we requested nor fresh meat! I don't recommend.
