Me and my husband downloaded the app and it gave us 2 perks. No. 1 was free mini cone or scoop on 15th May 2025(that offer was for everyone not just new app holders) and second perk was free mini or cone for those who have downloaded the app first time.
We were told both perks could not be used the same day. Fair enough!
We visited next week where my husband got his free scoop while I delayed for after a walk in the mall. When I came after 2 hours the lady working there denied to scan my app. Saying you have already used it. Not even look g at my app. How would I have an active scanning reward in my app if I had used it. I am amazed someone could be so unaware of technology in these days. She was very disrespectful and rude. Never coming here again. Better ice ream and customer service available in galleria and other places in dallas.

I used to love these Häagen-Dazs branded ice cream stands as a kid but like many things, it seems they aren't what they used to be. The service was okay, but the ice cream was fairly mid. I'd probably only come back if I was in the mall for awhile.

Maria at the galleria store was a thorough professional who immediately replaced our ice cream when we complaint about the waffles. Appreciate her customer service. These are the people who attract more business. Good job Maria keep it up 👍

What happen to Haggen Dazs! Used to be my all time favorite now taste bland icy with no flavors. It’s not creamy ice cream anymore . It definitely changed does not taste the same like it used too. The vanilla and pistachio taste terrible now and changed! Just icy taste not the same! Bring back how it was!

I can't believe you guys changed recipes of pistachio flavor. To worst test of your ice cream. Original pistachio ice cream was my favorite and many other people. And now it's not...what's wrong with this company?

Such a disgusting service. I have come to take an icecream on Tuesday 3’o’clock and I found a guy with the hair head but, looks like stupid.He was too irritating he wasn’t even letting us to order. Idk why people would hire suck kindof server. He cannot talk to anyone like that. If at all you need business you should find better people.

The worst experience at an ice cream shop ever! The staff there are horrible and they set a perfect example of how the service shouldn’t be. I ordered a milkshake and the glass was literally 3/4th full. I got a belgian chocolate shake and it was chunky. I asked this lady at the register if they had a thicker straw since the milkshake was chunky and I wasn’t able to drink. She replied, “really?! I don’t know what to tell you”. She could’ve simply said that they don’t have one. This shows her horrible service! Her name is Hemana. Haagen dazs needs to do better!!

The women at the counter should go take a customer service course. Remember that this business is due to the loyalty of its clients, for this reason you would have to offer a quality service. They got upset because I went to redeem a reward coupon for my daughter's birthday, apparently these gifts come out of the employee's pocket... well it shouldn't affect them at all and if they don't like that the customer goes for their coupons then Eliminate this system and save themselves and the clients from bad times.
