I casually walked over from Holt Veterinary clinic after finding this place via Siri, walked in and was pleasantly surprised at the co-work spaces and lay out. The young lady asked me if this was my first time I explained to her yes, I can really get my defense contracts written here , since its close to home. (Knox Henderson) She offered no information on the establishment, so I left fascinated, curious and uninformed. The staff was superficially cordial, and the energy she sent my way was "hey lady here's your americano, don't look around, don't even think about it just leave" so grabbed my coffee and scurried off with my sick jack russell to see the doctor.

Not sure why they would have only one person working covering the whole store on a Saturday morning. I ordered a drink online and came in about ten minutes later. The barista told me he “had no idea about that”, then told me it would be a little while because there was another order. I was told it’s not recommended to place online orders because the staff isn’t notified when one comes in. It seems like they either need to get their POS fixed or turn off online orders if they’re not going to get made.
The latte was decent.

Cool place, parking is a little rough. When we walked in there was a strong odor of cologne and not coffee which threw me off but overall good place.

Herbs is hands down one of my favorite spots to work from! The ambiance is perfect – cozy yet spacious, with plenty of natural light and a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to focus. Whether you're coming for a quick coffee or planning to spend a few hours getting work done, this place has the perfect atmosphere.
What really sets Herbs apart, though, is the amazing service, especially from McKenna. She's always so kind and generous, and it's clear she truly enjoys making your experience special. I love how she writes little personal notes on your cup – they always brighten my day! It's the little touches like this that make me keep coming back.
Highly recommend Herbs not just for the great coffee and work-friendly space, but for the wonderful staff that makes you feel right at home. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

I was really Jonesing for a real cup of coffee and Herb's didn't disappoint. In a sea of mediocre coffees, this was the real deal. And they were out supporting the MADD survivors work at Texas' Walk Like MADD, so 10 stars!

Really cool spot, I've heard about this place on Google and decided to check it out since my WiFi at home went out. Addison D. helped me out and she had a very professional & kind attitude.
Prices were very fair. Something like $2.65 for a 12oz drip coffee.

For starter, this is a great place to come and work for the day if you’re working from home and need to get out of the house for whatever reason. I really enjoyed their fall beverages, and croissants. The place also has a lot of chargers and various types of seating for weather you want a couch or a table to sit at and some conference rooms though I didn’t use any of those.
Staff was only pretty great and the guy in front of me when I said this was my first time raved about how amazing the place was and he was pretty spot on.
So why the 4 stars instead of 5? It boils down to their outdoor patio. It’s nice and cute with a fireplace and chairs. Not a lot of outlets but you sacrifice outlets for the nicety of being outside if inside is a little too cold for you. HOWEVER. It shells like dog poop….like badly. I assume they allow pets outside and don’t always clean it up when customers don’t or something but smell was pretty obvious and pretty bad. Other than that the place was great. Just. Don’t try to enjoy the patio unless you’re immune to smell.

Delicious coffee, very nice baristas, chill environment and larger rooms you can reserve!
This place was great! They made excellent coffee. I love the feel of the place- only wish I could have sat outside, but it was a rainy day.
They have tons of seating inside and 3 workspace rooms you can reserve, which I think is an awesome idea!
I also had one of their breakfast tacos which was quite tasty!
This place is definitely worth the trip!

The coffee is good, but they kinda skimp out when you order larges (16 ounces). They don't fill the cup all the way most of the time.

I came in and ordered an iced vanilla latte and the man taking my barista rolled his eyes and told the other barista “ANOTHER vanilla latte”.
I sat down to read my book and my fiancé called from basic training (I don’t get a lot of time on the phone with him). I stepped into a private room to take his phone call and not in there for 2 seconds before the barista bee lined and told me I can’t be in there without a reservation. I asked if I could take a quick call and she angrily said no.
It was 100 degrees so I couldn’t go outside to take the phone call. I went back out to my seat and tried to talk to him on the phone but the music was loud I didn’t want to raise my voice too loud and disturb the other patrons. I just got my things and left and I haven’t returned. I was looking for a permanent place to do my reading after work since I’m employed at SMU and this sadly was not it.

Today it was my first time at this coffee shop. We order the lavander latte and it was amazing! There was only one person at the counter and he was very friendly from the moment we entered. It caught my attention that he took the order, made the coffee, and also took them to our up table. This is a clear example of personalized and top notch customer service. The coffee tasted amazing and the sofa was very comfortable. I really like the ambiance of the shop. Definitely coming back!
