Herb's House Coffee + Company

I drive past them almost everyday and had no idea they were here, just ticked away in between Greenville/SMU Blvd.

This looks like a great place to relax with friends or work/study from. The staff was so friendly and inviting. I tried a matcha and specialty coffee, bothe we're great 👍🏽 I will definitely be back.

I love the ambience, the coffee, the tacos, and the service here! A great and conveniently located spot I continue to frequent regularly. Thanks for being one of the only coffee shops I can walk to!

Pretty good coffee stop tucked away down near Dyer in upper Greenville. I got an espresso with cold foam

My favorite place to study and get some work done!
It’s very quiet with multiple outlets that almost any table can access.
I love their coffee. The employees are very sweet, and I usually ask for their recommendations. I’ve liked each recommendation so far, and my current favorite is the banana foster latte.

Parking is kinda small, but so far I have been lucky to get a parking spot each time.

A little hard to access via walking as a heads up.

Coffee was solid (Tres Leches Latte) albeit a little sweet and plenty of work space including a small outdoor courtyard. They ran out of breakfast tacos before I could arrive, so went with the muffin which was still tasty and rightly priced.

The staff are lovely and helpful, there is a lot of varying seating and tables with good lighting. The bathrooms are clean, have sturdy hooks for bags and jackets and a small shelf for a waterbottle or phone. They also had nice hand soap, moisturizer, and mouthwash.

Pretty nice coffee shop, plenty of parking, there were lots of people working on their laptop, on the quieter side for a coffee shop.
I also liked how they have a variety of seating arrangements: couches, small tables and chairs, also a large high table for larger groups.

Wonderful little neighborhood coffee shop. Great place to stretch out with plenty of space. Coffee is great and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Just love it as the anti-SBUX!!!

10 am on 06 Sep 2025. Awful experience the girl behind the counter tried to give our food to another customer and told us it was theirs. Other customers said they didn’t order food. Served us cold egg bites which they did NOT refund us. There were only 2 other people who ordered before us on gameday. Not helpful on a not busy morning. Other guy on shift not helpful either. Awful service and not attentive. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The atmosphere is nice as there is a lot of seating. I wasn’t really impressed with the matcha or the latte. There was also only one worker on a Saturday morning had to wait 15 minutes for my drinks.
