“Best local bar in oakcliff Bishop Arts district, it’s a home for me. Quiet during the day and live during the night especially on the weekends.
Good food, good drinks. Amazing, attentive and experienced bartenders who’ve been there for some time now. It’s definitely a rustic, old school Keeps it traditional but with a new school attitude that is entertaining and enjoyable. Good music, good feel, good drinks, good food, good time. To all the bartenders there, I appreciate keeping a good ol bar, a bar and nothing but.“

“I love this spot! I've been twice now - Once during the day while my friends & I were waiting for our table to be ready at Ice House, and once at night to just lounge and watch some football with my husband. Our waitress (I wish I knew her name) was super friendly and on top of it. She checked on us consistently and made sure our waters were always filled. Their food was also really good - similar style to Ice House. Their chicken & sausage gumbo and Hot Toddy hit the spot on a cold night! It's also a very clean and cozy vibe inside. Once you go through the revolving door, it feels like you're transported to a cozy NYC saloon with a mid-century feel. The decor is vintage yet classy, they have a decent amount of TVs for sports fans, and all staff members seemed friendly and happy to be there. Highly recommend Lucky Dog!“

“I ordered the truffle burger (good although it could use more truffle sauce) - parmesan fries with truffle sauce (meh) - and pomegranate sweet basil lemonade (good). I had it delivered so it was cold (somewhat understandable) - However, I was VERY disappointed they forgot the truffle sauce for the fries (kind of whole point). Won’t be eating here again - not good enough to repeat.“

“My entire family had a great time here. My dog had fun exploring the park, and meeting other dogs. My children loved playing the games, snacking and sitting in the giant chair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The drinks were great! Overall a wonderful experience!!“
