This place is amazing. It's my go to spot when I want affordable but delicious soul food. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. The restaurant is quaint, super clean, and cute in the inside. I have tried every item on the menu and everything is delicious. That cream spinach is on point. Every-time I have gone every person that works there is so nice and helpful. You can tell this place has GOD fearing people working there. because the service is excellent....
Amazing service, but I was slightly disappointed by the food. For a soul food restaurant the food was just a bit too on the safe side when it comes to seasoning. Everything was cooked to perfection in terms of texture, temperature and consistency - but the seasoning was just a little too mild.
That said, with a little bit more salt and pepper everything really came to life and I loved this meal. Will defintely be back on my next trip to Dallas.

Great customer service clean environment good prices I got the fried ribs it was good with the cream spinach very seasoned the only thing I must say was off the cabbage was hard but other than that everything else was good
