“I ordered my food on line. When I arrived . I waited a minute or two. There was only 2 workers. And a libe in the drive through. Theyll both worked as a team . And finished fast and effectivly. And all my food was complete. I WAS not missing anything. Happy family“
“Those new popping apple pies or mini apple pies or apple pie poppers that they have that come in at 4 or 10 piece light crispy airy nice size apple pie mini version is delicious it is delicious a mini version light airy crispy of a full size apple pie I eat that before I eat a McDonald's apple pie any day“
“I know times are changing, I did not like the lock on the bathroom my sister bought the food I did not when I went to the bathroom I felt like I was just being singled out just asking questions I get that it was for patrons only but that particular day I was. Other than that it was great“

Parking: Although they are building 635, they have enabled a temporary entrance. When this happens we must support these businesses despite the discomfort.“
“I pulled over at Garland and Jupiter super super hungry and I came in and I got the eight piece chicken drumettes excellent they taste so delicious and it was so fresh. I appreciate the manager and I’m so satisfied with my food in the service.“
“Look KFC head office... Whoever you have on drive thru tonight? You should give them a raise. This branch didn't have any original recipe left (that was appropriate for sale) so we were waiting out front for our order and she came to tell us. Not only did she take care of us she went above and beyond making sure we were happy. Friendly, funny, helpful. 10/10 and we feel this location deserves a better overall score.“

They actually do what a customer requests.Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. “Ms. Trina was remarkable she was working both the drive thru and front counter. She told everyone what she has available with a smile on her face. She was very friendly. I recommend this location. After having a bad experience at the other location on Forest Lane. I'm glad we change to this location being new to Dallas area.“
“Jeroy has excellent customer service and very professional the only issue is the manager doesn't have any respect for her employees screams at the employees in front of customers. She need to go back to training for better way of treating employees. All the other employees are very friendly.“
