One of the worst experiences in establishment I’ve ever had. No refill or even to check if we wanted another drink. Ordered one entrée and got food before they ever came back to get the second order . There are no words to describe how horrible the service is. Do not recommend!

I went to La Neta for brunch and a good drag show. The drag show was amazing, however, service was not the greatest. We waited over an hour for our food to get to our table. The table next to us sat down (30 minutes after we arrived) and got their food first. One of my friends ordered the Carajillo pancakes and when they brought out our food, they completely forgot about her. We had to flag down our waitress to let her know, we were missing the food. The pancakes were mid.

The aesthetics of the building is beautiful but the customer service and dining experience was horrible. I mainly only leave a review when I had a great experience but I felt this to be necessary. My waiter was not friendly and did not check back with us until after waiting almost an hour for our food to come out. The food was absolutely disgusting and cold. However, the mimosas were really good. They also added additional 'service fees' automatically so that's possibly why the waiter didn't care too much.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant in the DFW area. My friend and I decided to try the $30 brunch special, which we initially thought was a great deal—unfortunately, we were wrong. The food was lukewarm, as though it had been sitting out for a while. The tacos were particularly unpleasant: the shells were hard, and there was barely any bacon inside. The potato tacos were similarly underwhelming, with only a few pieces of potato and little flavor. To make matters worse, the restaurant included a gratuity charge on the bill despite the service being subpar. Given the quality of both the food and the service, I would not recommend this establishment. There are many better dining options in the area.

This was our 1st time coming here. Reservation was 12:30. They said it would be another 20 mins. Because they were running behind. Took our food almost an hr to get to our table after ordering. One of my friends food didn't come so when I called the waitress. She went to go check and they just informed her that they didn't have any of what my friend had ordered. So she changed her order and it never came out. We had came to celebrate my other friends birthday but it was a total fail. I am beyond disappointed in this place. When I asked to speak to a manager they said he would be here in 2 mins. I waited over 20 mins for them.

Food, drinks and service were horrible. It took 20 minutes to be seated (with reservations), drinks were not good, food took close to an hour to come out and was nasty, tasted like it was popped in an air fryer. Everything is overpriced and staff aren’t friendly, They’re there to collect their gratuity. Cold environment, I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend.

I had reservations at 10:30pm hostess sat me down no server came up to me until I sat for 30 minutes I tried being patient when waiter comes up she offers no water just straight to “Would you like any food we’re really busy so I can put it in now for you” I told her I would get queso look at the drink menu she brought me one upon coming back she told me multiple items were out because they had a “20” top I told her to give me a minute to review I went another 10 min being unattended so I just left & had a great time next door at Komodo I was so excited to try this place they let me down:(

Had a reservation at 9:30pm didn’t get appetizer until an hour later, dinner came at 11pm… our waitress did not apologize about our wait, when we asked to speak to the manager he took another 30mins to come to the table. He also was not apologetic, defensive, and said he would talk to the waitress to see what she wanted to do… another 20mins go by and we finally get our tab… they took 20% off the tab. The food was mediocre and all and all the service was the worst. Would never go back to this place.

Terrible service, the food took over an hour. We had to hunt for continue to come refill drinks. And they demand their tips (gratuity) is forced on the receipt even if their service was very poor. We had a group of 10 people and they would not give separate tickets. Will never go there again.

Stay away! Salty ass beans and cold tortillas. Waited forever for my food to come out for a $40 plate. I only got my water cup refilled once in the hour and a half that I was there. Don’t go!

1st and fair most, this wasn’t my 1st time going to La neta. I’ve been at least 8 times since they opened. This last time everything about it is horrible. Tacos was terrible, they had more tortilla than meat, the margaritas were watered down, the waitress disappeared for 20 minutes but someone else came to check on us and took our 2nd order, we waited another 20-30 minutes for another round of wateritas, our 2nd round of tacos never came until I asked another waitress for the ticket. I let her know that I wasn’t paying for the 2nd round of tacos but I did offer to pay for the drinks because we did drink those. The only thing good came out of it was they comped the whole meal and drinks but I still tipped the waitress $10 just because. I honestly don’t see them being open within the next couple of years especially with the poor service and food quality!!

After seeing this cute spot in IG, friends and I were excited to check this place out. The DJ was awesome and it was nicely decorated but that's about all it had going for it.
The food was salty and took a long time. We got AYCE tacos for the Tuesday special but sadly after 3.5 hours only got to enjoy 2 rounds of half sized street tacos (that were also the wrong choices for some of us) and left hungry with one friend never receiving his second round.
The margaritas were good but we had to wait almost an hour for each one.
The staff was absolutely terrible. We waited 1 hour to get water and 1.5 hours to finally get margaritas. Our server seemed annoyed to be there and overwhelmed although we had a reservation and it wasn't busy. When we wanted to order drinks and appetizers at the same time due to her absence, she told us no and that she would return to take our appetizer order. So when we ordered appetizers we attempted to order our meals but again she told us no and she would return to take meal orders. We then ordered another round of drinks and began ordering 2 at a time because of how long it took. Another server ran out some drinks and got confused on which margarita was which. When I tried to help him (as I was a server and a Bartender before) he snapped at me yelling "I'm just the messenger!" I told him him I'm just trying to help and I'm letting you know what's missing (half of drinks). It seemed like he was embarrassed and he walked away.
It was also very warm and stuffy in there and while we were eating they turned down the lights for a more club setting.

So basically...
Don't waist your time on dining. Food was salty and mediocre and took FOREVER to come out. Service was absolutely TERRIBLE! It was slow and I was yelled at.

Go for drinks AT THE BAR and the music. Take a few pictures then move on to a good place for the night. Won't be surprised when they shut down. It was very disappointing.

Manager was super courteous, took the time to come check in on us and Introunce himself, waitress ASHLEY was fire?. Food was great, and the ambiance was too cute!! Will be dining again.
