Rice and Beans: A+, honestly some of the best I’ve had in town.
Guisado: B+, great flavor except for a bite or two that we’re too big/fatty
Lengua: B, it was good, but kind of unremarkable. Could barely tell it was lengua.
Pastor: A+, REALLY good. Super well seasoned and juicy.
Tortillas: A, double layer of white corn
Salsas: B+, green was better than red. Both solid and spicy.

Had heard this spot has the best breakfast burrito in Dallas, and I have never been more confident that statement is true. Kind of a hole in the wall in a strip mall in a ran down area. Immediately upon walking in I saw a tortilla machine and a man setting them aside one by one. That’s when I knew I was in for a treat.
