Appears they are doing a lot of reno here. Triple checked and this is not open😡Sign is up on one side and wall of temp white panels is all there is. Stay strong, vegan pals😄Impossible burger at the Cowboys bar is all I can find. Updated from previous review on 2026-05-14

It's not like I expect a ton from an airport bar. There were maybe four total people here when I dropped in and the bartender was stressed. Service took a while for reasons unknown to me. There are better options in this terminal so don't settle here just because it's the first one off the escalator from the sky tram.

I eat here a few times a year. Today was much different. The food was about as good as it always is, although I didn’t see the sign for the “best burger in the DFW airport” sign, and to be honest, the burger wasn’t as good as it has been. The atmosphere suffers because of the construction going on that is adjacent to the restaurant.

The trouble today was the service. When I approached, the two women at the front seemed uninterested in taking me to a table, or acknowledging me. The service did not get much better. My server was not attentive, had to be asked for a refill, and then dropped off the check midway through my meal as though they were waiting for this specific table in a nearly empty space. I also observed a few customers approach the bar for drinks only to leave after a several minutes of inattention.

I wouldn’t let one bad apple keep me from this place, or even three in this case. I’ll just give them one more opportunity to earn my patronage.

I ordered the General Lings Chicken over fried rice. The best word to describe it is flavorless. Only the onions and my sprite had flavor.

If you want food that tastes like it came out of a cartoon and microwaved, this is your spot. I was totally underwhelmed by the cabernet sauviginon. I had better wine at a podunk airport in west virginia. I ordered the orange chicken and the flavor sucked. Could barely taste the orange. The chicken portion size was small. The rice was bland. The cooks keep making a turkey goble goble noise clearly heard at the bar.

I should have just gone to the Fridays directly across from it. Will not return.

Surprisingly delicious and gluten allergy friendly for airport food and a very sweet server. Ambience is not bad for an airport restaurant but it’s a bit too sports bar-y go my taste. But hey! It’s Texas! What do you expect!

Awesome gluten free option in DFW terminal A. We had a pad Thai and chopped salad. Appreciate having a healthy-ish option while traveling. Nearly everything on the menu was GF or GF option.

Our waitress was excellent. Chef came out to check on our meal as well.

Worth noting they do hit you with a 3% charge for using a credit card.

We will be back.

Totally unacceptable to serve food that's not fit for human consumption. Do something about your pots/pans. Don't serve burnt food. The chef can do better.

Super fast service and price is reasonable for dine in restaurants in airport. Taste and quantity of food was good.

Deon IS the best server in the whole establishment if not the whole Dallas/ Fort Worth airport. He is sweet, attentive, and just beyond outstanding. Someone needs to promote him or something because for me personally he would be the only reason I come back. He makes the experience 10x different. Give that man a raise for real.
