We ate their two mornings in a row as we were staying at the hotel. The first day, the hostess did not seem to care anyone was waiting and when she finally came to the front told us it would be 10 minutes notwithstanding there were many open tables. No big deal though as we did sit in the 10 minutes. The avocado toast was excellent but for $22.00 i would have expected a whole piece of toast; it was served with half. We went for Christmas brunch 2023. We've been to the Fairmont Christmas brunch several times, but this year was disappointing. The menu was EXTREMELY limited and the food was just decent. Omelets are a staple at brunch. However, they didn't offer any omelets on the limited menu (What brunch doesn't have omelet?). The cut of beef they served for the prime rib was subpar.
