I was charged $1,435.01. Certainly did not spend that much on an airport meal. There is no phone number to get in contact with the restaurant. Food was fine but this headache and HUGE accounting error. Will never consider again.

We order street corn $8.59 was really good but the tacos de carnitas so disappointing ,only 2 skinning tacos with very little meat for $19!! Won't be back here!

Food was cold and flavorless, very small portions. The chicken and rice chupe soup had only 1 small piece of chicken in a bunch of broth with some pieces of potato and some rice. The carnitas tacos were cold and the meat had no flavor at all, had to add salt and tabasco to make it taste like something. For what we ate, a bill of $63 is a waste of money.

Clean, food was average (I wouldn't say it was out of this world, but it's also not bad tasting). Service was kind but not super attentive.

Small menu, but the food was actually really good! Slightly less flavorful than home-made Cuban food, but that alone is a huge compliment. Fly through DFW all the time, and this is one of the better places to try. The shredded flank steak tacos were great, and their bloody mary is pretty spot on as well.

The chips were stale and prepackaged. The salsa tasted like it was from a jar. The bartender was nice and personable. But when we tried to move to a table because the bar area was crowded, the "hostess" made us move from the table stating that, "If you started at the bar, you have to stay at the bar."This was not a pleasant or accommodating experience. I do not recommend this place. There is no spirit of generosity or accommodation.

One of the better restaurants at DFW airport. I tried their shredded flank steak tacos and they were actually very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Black beans by themselves are okay, however if you pour the salsa they give you on the side in the beans with a little salt, super good. Then if you dip the rice into the beans, super good! I’m also Mexican and salvadorean so I think I have a pretty good gage on flavor ? also, took like 7 minutes to bring my food out! Service was really great. Keep in my I ordered around 8 pm. Overall, I’d recommend this place.

They need more staff for an airport restaurant. The fundido was bland and the soup was good but needed a punch of flavor.

If you are allured at the idea of eating at a Lorena Garcia restaurant, this will not leave a good impression of what she puts her name on. The already overpriced airport food was made worse by the subpar quality. Black beans were flavorless and soup was over salted. I ordered a clear alcoholic beverage and the ice had floaties in it. I went to the bar to ask for a fresh one and the grumpy bartender barked out that someone else would remake it without acknowledging the grossness while he dumped the drink, annoyed that I would bother him.The only bright spot of the experience was the server Jervonne and the young person bringing food out. They get 5s but stars had to balance out the bartender.

I came through during an hour or so layover. Sat at the bar for a solid 15 minutes—no one acknowledged me, made eye contact, or bothered to take a drink order. I eventually gave up and walked a couple gates down where I actually had good service (and a bar top that wasn’t filthy). Literally go anywhere else in DFW.

I recently dined at Tappas y cocina at Dallas Airport and had a very good experience. The restaurant has tasteful decor and is very clean. The Latino music playing in the background added to the ambiance. The service was just okay, but the highlight was the surprising deliciousness of the chicken and rice chupe soup. The grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and perfectly cooked rice made it a satisfying choice, especially for airport food. Overall, I would recommend giving Tappas y cocina a try if you're at Dallas Airport."
