The restaurant has potential. For a Saturday evening, there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant, and she did her job with patience and a smile on her face (kudos to her) - also got everyone's orders right. The meat was a little overcooked. I think they have a potential to improve.

Delightful, intimate setting with excellent service, Fusion had delicious, fresh food. Hot dishes were piping; salads crisp and up to par.

Hidden gem to say the least! The staff works hard, is friendly, and makes sure your glass is never empty. The food is delicious to the point we came back two weeks in a row! We got the lamb hummus, chicken kabob, Pastitsio, and some cocktails. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Fusion Mediterranean on Tuesday. Tuesday happens to be salsa dancing night. The food for the late night menu differs from the dinner menu. We ordered the crispier Brussels sprouts and the Greek fries, both were delicious. We ordered the Mahafatra dipping sauce and had freshly cooked pita bread with it. Lamb Shoulder, lamb kabobs, and chicken kofta kabobs were ordered as main entrees. This place is a 25 - 30 dollar per person plate and including appetizers and such can become an easy 50-60 dollars per person plate. Lentil soup was also delicious.

Amazing! Will be coming back. Chris was great. The tenderloin was the best as was the lamb kabob. Don’t skip the dessert! The Kunafe is absolutely amazing. This is truly a hidden gem!

One of the best restaurants in Dallas. Hidden in a strip shopping center, there's plenty of parking. Service was friendly (big shout out to Lo! :-) and helpful, and the ambience was relaxing and quiet with soothing music. It's the perfect place for those who want to enjoy conversation without having to shout. Best of all was the food. It was absolutely delicious. We started with the roasted cauliflower and a three-dip dish that was scrumptious. For our entrees we had the salmon, NY strip, and the lamb shank with two orders of their Mediterranean fries. For dessert we shared creamy, custard dish with honey that was lovely and very different. They have an excellent choice in wines and a full bar. For a quiet, relaxing, delicious night out, you can't do any better!

Parking: They're located in a strip shopping center, so there's plenty of close in parking.

What an incredible experience! Everything from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert was absolutely perfect. Some of the best Mediterranean food I've had in a very long time. And our server Lo was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Meant to leave a review weeks ago when I first came here. Chris was our server and made amazing drinks. The food was absolutely delicious. Some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The whole place was gorgeous and you can’t miss the baklava martini! Stan was also great and will be back to try their happy hour.
