Krish was a very good server. Very respectful and knowledgeable about food. He always came back to check on us. Atmosphere was very beautiful. Music in the background as if I'm at a Dallas Symphony Orchestra performance.

Fusion Mediterranean Grill and bar off of interstate 635 and Preston has remarkable service and our Server Krish was very polite professional, and answered our questions as a related to the menu. The food was fresh, delightful and I will be sure to return. Also, to mention very reasonable pricing. Be sure to eat at this establishment.

We came to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Krish was our server. We had an amazing experience: the food was delicious and fresh, the ambiance was very cozy and the service provided by Krish was spectacular. He went above and beyond to make us feel special! 100% recommended!

Absolutely hands down the best food in the world 🤩 Nowhere in DFW can you find an infusion of Himalayan flavors blended so perfectly into Mediterranean cuisine like this. Every dish was unique, flavorful, and unforgettable.

The lamb shawarma was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender, and the whipped feta was next level — creamy, rich, topped with an apricot glaze that gave the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I could honestly eat that every single day. The baklava was the perfect finish, and that momo sauce… absolutely to die for!

And our waitress Jenni was wonderful — so attentive, kind, and made the entire experience even better. This place is truly something special and I already can’t wait to come back!

Jenni is incredible. She treated us like guests in her own home. We will definitely be back!! The food here is so good that it was gone in seconds. I got the lamb platter. The red hummus was amazing. And the kannafeh was so good one of the best I’ve had and I am picky!

Food, atmosphere, and service were absolutely amazing!!! I will be returning soon. The halloumi salad and the lamb skewer was amazing ❤️ and ending with the pistachio drizzled baklava for dessert! Just wowwwww!

I came in with my family midweek during lunch time, and there were no other guests. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience was lovely. The food was delicious and the wait staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — by far the best I’ve experienced at any Mediterranean restaurant. I would highly recommend it.

Very high quality food, friendly service, very professional presentation, the atmosphere is very cozy and very intriguing. Highly recommend. (P.S. my nephew said his teeth were hurting but the chicken kebabs were “exceptionally another level of divinity” and was cooked to perfection despite the hurting teeth 😂)

Absolutely LOVED it here! A hidden gem, we were so impressed by the wide range of delightful flavors, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the incredibly sized portions of meat. Stan had the best recommendations, ask him for his favorites if you have him here! Will definitely be coming back 10/10
