The restaurant has potential. For a Saturday evening, there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant, and she did her job with patience and a smile on her face (kudos to her) - also got everyone's orders right. The meat was a little overcooked. I think they have a potential to improve.
Hidden gem to say the least! The staff works hard, is friendly, and makes sure your glass is never empty. The food is delicious to the point we came back two weeks in a row! We got the lamb hummus, chicken kabob, Pastitsio, and some cocktails. Highly recommend!
We arrived at Fusion Mediterranean on Tuesday. Tuesday happens to be salsa dancing night. The food for the late night menu differs from the dinner menu. We ordered the crispier Brussels sprouts and the Greek fries, both were delicious. We ordered the Mahafatra dipping sauce and had freshly cooked pita bread with it.
