The ice cream is very good and the service is great

I walked up to the counter 3 times. I even waited for a good 2 minutes walking back and forth to see if anyone would come out. I ever hollered hey hey.. nothing. I walk away then notice some other women of different race walk up and the person magically appears. I asked her so what got your attention. I walks up twice, she said I didn’t see you on camera. So now I know you guys have camera, check the footage you’ll see me even hollering for someone. Ugh the lies being told is crazy!!

Best ice cream ever

Employees were very rude. Didn't ask if we wanted toppings, only served one ice cream before moving on to the next customer. Refused to put ice cream in a waffle cone

Went in and although not many customers service was very slow. I asked for a sugar cone off the picture on their menu with peanut butter ice cream. After a long wait received half a cone in a plastic cup with one small scoop in it. Could hardly taste the peanut butter, prices were very high. This place is nothing but gimmicks. Will never go back.

Horrible experience. The employee was very rude. I had to ask her to combine the ingredients because she threw the ice cream at me without letting me finish with the toppings. She took it back to "mix" and I noticed she literally had put ONE strawberry. And that 3 chocolate chips. That's it, just horrible. I've been to multiple locations and have never had a worse experience.Don't come to this place, seriously terrible. Paid 8 dollars for melted ice cream and ONE strawberry. What a joke for a place that claims UNLIMITED toppings.EDIT: I emailed like the corporate said 3 weeks ago and no one ever replied. Their customer service is horrible. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere

If i could give no stars i would. I came here just by chance and I am not one to pull the race card but why are they are serving the other Hispanics. The workers looked me right in my face and continued to skip me and serve others even after i made myself known. Poor service do better
