McDonald's

I use to visit this McDonald's alot once I moved to Texas. Food was always hot and fresh. They nuggets don't be soggy, they fries don't be greasy, everything be on point. It was always female's working. I didn't even eat McDonald's no more they had got so bad where I'm from. When it's cooked right it's alright after all. So my experience at this McDonald's was awesome!

The employees don't want to be here, and it shows the service is so poor, the quality of food is very low. i already don't eat at mcdonald's but now I'm confirming never again to any mcdonald's with the exeption of the ones in Morocco and Germany.

The Dallas Galleria mall employees are very intimidating and won't take a complain without looking like going to retaliate, especially the ladles.

Really bad customer service, dont spend your money at this location chicken nuggets were not fresh and I could've dealt with that but when I asked for a refill for the kid I was denied one in a very rude way so I asked the employee for her name because I was going to complain about her customer service she said her name was Nancy but it was probably made up because she was not wearing a name tag. She was just acting like she didn't care if I called corporate to complain about her customer service. This McDonald's location should be replaced by a in-n-out that's a real burger joint that knows what customer service is about. Nancy i hope the owner of this franchise gives you a real good bonus for saving him cents by not giving the kid a drink refill and for your bad customer service im pretty sure the owner is appreciative with you ???

Horrible service, I ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter with only lettuce and cheese and it turns out that they gave me the bread without the meat when I never told them without meat, the lady looked upset and almost screamed, she was angry ? they called the manager after I arrived, he gave me like the I asked the other woman she never apologized it was the worst service I will not return here

It's a shame they already closed it I hope they put it back up

I remember eating it in the Galleria Mall as a kid and it would be good, I wonder what would it be like if I ever had their breakfast in the food court of the mall while I was shopping

Girl asked me to repeat me order 4 times and still got it wrongI ordered a double quarter pounder and she rang that up and still gave me a regular quarter pounder.
