Had my family from out of town for brunch there, everything was good until the server dropped a hot plate on me, i understand it was a mistake, but how do they make server carry super hot plates bare handed? I was not expecting a discount but the manager never acknowledged us or offered an apology. Worked in the service industry long ago in Mesero and Glorias, and believe me, the management would have been up and down trying to make it up to a customer there. I did not take it on the young server, she still got tipped but the manager was a disappointment.

Absolutely loved it! Jeff was our server and he did a phenomenal job! He made the experience enjoyable. Jeff was very attentive to our every needs before we could even ask. He did not forget anything we asked for and was very quick. The food was on a whole another level! Mi Cocina has the BEST Enchiladas I have ever had! That's saying alot because anytime a restaurant has Enchiladas I get them. To this day, I have had close to 100 different Enchiladas. Never have I had one that compares to Mi Cocina's. I got the Deluxe Enchilada plater with a tamale and tacos. Every bite I took felt like I was in heaven. Will definitely be coming back. Love love loved it!

I dropped off my kids at the galleria mall to do some shopping and when I picked them up I smelled alcohol. After questioning them i was told that their server Ulices sold them alcohol I asked them how they were even sold alcohol without an id and they said the server didn’t id them. Not only is it unprofessional it is also against the law to sell alcohol to a minor. I am beyond infuriated at the lack of professionalism Mi Cocina has shown today. I understand being busy but you’re never too busy to not ID. ESPECIALLY when someone appears to be young.

This was the first time i got first name basis with our server, and can honestly say Alan Del Valle made it a great experience. The drink recommendations were on point, my husband and I got 2 drinks each, Double Barrel, a Dilema, a mango marg, and a typical old fashioned. forgive me if already eaten but i had to share the experience, ALSO get the serrano sauce it’s got a SPICY kick to it !!
