Wonderful overall experience with a delicious set Valentine's Day menu. Their cocktail offerings were also on point for the Valentine's Day theme. If you should ask what one thing stood out the most about our meal, it would be the Affogato. Such a simplistic dessert but amazing and would go back just for that item again if it were offered on a regular basis.

Even though this is my third time at North Italia, I'm not tired of eating here—Italian food is my weakness. Although I made an error with the reservation, the manager made a great effort to accommodate us with a booth and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience by not letting us go back home hungry. I truly love this place and highly recommend it.

The dinner/table service was outstanding, that was the high point. The bar, not So much. First off there were children allowed to sit at the bar! Go no rules wild Wild West MAGA Texas! One bartender doing the bar, the service bar on a Friday night at 6:30! Then the hostess tried to seat us at a two top next to all the screaming kids and refused to move us to another open table. Restaurant is loud, all hard surfaces and so unaccommodating. Would never return to a mall location. Stupid me! The Italian chopped salad was great as was the Brownie Sunday.

Our waiter was very attentive, and the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. They even surprised the birthday girl with a special donut cake, which made the celebration extra special.
