I went there yesterday and had the best experience at an ice cream shop in a long time. The worker was super sweet and seemed happy to take our order. Although I didn’t catch her name, this was the best customer service I’ve had. I got a small dubai chocolate gelato and it was the best ice cream I’ve had. It had a very rich and fudgy flavor and lots of pistachio flavor. The gelato was amazing but what really stood out to me was the worker, love her! Overall experience 100/10

Would give zero stars if I could. We were given the wrong flavor and instead of giving us a new cup with the right flavor, they just dumped out the wrong flavor but we could still taste it entirely. $11 spent on garbage, never ordering from here again. Rude and unprofessional.

I got a coffee. A latte in deed. The price was exactly twice as much as I pay in local coffee shops for an extraordinary latte. In this place though, they used an automatic machine with powder milk. Tasted horrible and it was very expensive. They need to disclose they can’t make a proper milk drink instead.

The sales guy was rude. The guy refused to give me samples of the gelato while giving the previous customer enough samples. I'm a regular customer here and the gelato is good but this experience was the first and the last I go to this place.

Paciugo owners needs to send someone to this location to taste their ice cream and check its quality. It’s nothing like the original soft, super flavor and creamy ice creams that Paciugo offers. I’m sure this is not the original recipe.It was a waste of money for me.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in the whole world. The person Edger was the worst. He talked to me rudely and when I asked for a sample he refused and rudely stared “nothing is free in this world” like if I was asking for free samples without buying anything. I bought 3 cups of ice cream and wanted to try a new flavour and if I had liked it I was gonno buy my 4th cup. He lost a customer, his business and I will not stop until this person gets educated how to talk to a person. He is a rude person and needs to learn basics of handling the business. The whole not trying an ice cream is weird and I will repeatedly state the same. He could’ve talked to a customer or a human calmly or nicely rather behaving this weirdly and rudely.
