If you're like me and have a serious sweet tooth, you absolutely have to check out this gelato ice cream parlor in Dallas. I mean, seriously, it's like heaven in a cone! The moment you walk in, you'll be hit with the aroma of freshly-made gelato that will make your mouth water.But the real star of the show here is the gelato itself. Banana and Sea Salt Caramel were both overly sweet and the consistency isn't right for gelato. They advertise 70% less fat than ice cream, don't know if that means it's not really real gelato because they're doing something weird or they're just counting the air whipped in or something. In any case, not particularly good gelato.
