I come to this location all the time and never had an issue. I do see many folks that come in with attitude expecting to be treated like royal. Its not a steakhouse, it's good comfort food. Some folks need to fall of their high horse, and enjoy the good food and service.
Michael truly demonstrated good old fashioned customer service. He was greeting people and thanking customers for coming to the restaurant as he delivered their food. Wonderful, warm and genuine demeanor. Thank you Michael. Keep up the great job. ?
