The one thing I would like to bring to people's attention is the ordering process in the drive through. It is automated. It expects you to only order a plate or bowl consisting of an entree and sides. If you want to order differently, it will tell you that you can't do that. At that point, tell it that you do not want a plate or bowl, that you want to order differently and a human should jump on right away to take your order. I am a vegetarian, and they do not offer a vegetarian plate or bowl any longer. I order only sides ( veggie spring rolls, rice, and power greens.) But you have to be able to order from a human.“

“Whoever the chef is actually made the spicy orange chicken spicy. It was absolutely delicious, and if I were to rate the spiciness, it'd be a 8/10 which is actually really spicy. The meat is 10/10. The chow mei was a bit bland, though. They give good portion sizes here as well. I highly recommend.“
“First time coming to this Panda and I will continue to come during my lunch break! Food was quality and the service was exceptional. Yesenia made this experience unforgettable.
What stood out from Yesenia is how professional and poised she remained while taking an order from a disrespectful male customer. She handled that perfectly and to make it better she proceeded to greet me and the rest of the customers with a big radiant smile. Now that's customer service at its finest. Cause of that now this is my favorite Panda!!! 👊🏽

“Most of the staff were very attentive and friendly. My broccoli was almost raw and the kung pao chicken had so many of the dried red chilies in it that the uncooked chili heat burned the back of my nostrils and was incredibly uncomfortable. I couldn’t eat it. The teriyaki chicken was tender, but parts of it looked slightly gray, and some of it didn’t taste quite so fresh. My friend had a guava mango tea, which she really enjoyed, and I had a peach flavored drink that was really quite good. I complained about the one dish that was too hot to eat and they offer me a replacement. Attention to detail could be had. The store was mostly clean, so that was a good thing.“
