Anali D has the worst customer service skills possible, she was rude and hostile the moment I walked in, and the food was disgusting like her attitude . Never coming back again unless she gets fired. If you don’t like your job or if your a miserable person then you should quit

Horrible place. I came in on 9/19/25 around 7:30 or so and this lady at the front had a plate of noodles and fried rice, the restaurant only had a couple eating in the booth. She put the noodles back with the rest of the noodles and when I ask did someone eat off that plate she just started at me I asked her again and she said which one this one and I said yes that plate and said no I proceeded to ask what was she doing and she said making it warm.
Staff was extremely rude I will not return to this location.
Be prepared for small servings of the entree compared to all other Panda Express locations.

I had a terrible experience at this location. One of the workers was talking over me while I tried to place my order, gave me the wrong price before I got to the counter, and when I politely asked him to listen and stop talking, he tried to snatch the bag from me. When I held onto it, he threatened to take me to the back and fight me.
I reported the situation to the manager — and nothing was done. No apology, no action, just brushed it off like it didn’t matter. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I came here to get food, not be threatened or disrespected.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope corporate takes this seriously because this kind of behavior is not safe for customers.
I was enjoying my teriyaki chicken when I saw something strange in it. It came with grilled worms. I will never eat Panda Express again in my life din buy in this place again
Just like any other panda express very good never disappoint me the shrimp is very tasty, good place to eat while your in Galleria Dallas.

This place is hidden inside the Galleria Mall at the rink level, right next to the indoor ice skating rink. The food is standard Panda Express Chinese fare. They keep the place clean, and there’s a decent seating arrangement that’s not overcrowded. They even hand you a free fortune cookie—because who doesn’t need a little unsolicited advice from a cookie?

Worst Panda Express I’ve been too. The soda cups were dirty. The cups or the Soda smelled like bleach. I asked the staff about this but they said the machine doesn’t get cleaned. It was an awful strong smell of bleach. The food quality was also not good. The noodles were very pale with no sauce on them and they were undercooked. The Beijing beef was very rubbery and the orange chicken tasted old.
