Good food,but they make you wait for food when the container is empty, they always say 4 minutes, but always is about 10 minutes or more,one day was dining in they forgot about my missing plate.

This place is hidden inside the Galleria Mall at the rink level, right next to the indoor ice skating rink. The food is standard Panda Express Chinese fare. They keep the place clean, and there’s a decent seating arrangement that’s not overcrowded. They even hand you a free fortune cookie—because who doesn’t need a little unsolicited advice from a cookie?

Worst Panda Express I’ve been too. The soda cups were dirty. The cups or the Soda smelled like bleach. I asked the staff about this but they said the machine doesn’t get cleaned. It was an awful strong smell of bleach. The food quality was also not good. The noodles were very pale with no sauce on them and they were undercooked. The Beijing beef was very rubbery and the orange chicken tasted old.

Bad experience! I placed an order a block away from where I am, paid 6 dollars for delivery... looking and tracking the order and they didn't deliver it and put it as delivered... I reported it, complained for nothing... thanks that the loss wasn't big... imagine if I always order the usual… I advise you to look for another place to buy

The customer service I experienced was so great, I forgot my shopping bag there and the next day I called the store if my item is there. The way he handled everything was amazing, On July 1,2024 I got my item but most of all his politeness and professionalism was amazing.

The manager super rude. I never feel more insulted try eating in Panda Express. I loved this place but that manager make the worse place ever. I try get chow mei in a plate, and the manager just didn’t want give me. She have enough for one plate but she just tell me I have to wait 10 min for more, I insist said is ok, the chow mei they have in the moment I was ok but she didn’t care. And she just walk out. Either another employee really nice try help me, but after how that manager give me a poor customer service, no thanks. Just make a good company really bad with manager that they don’t want work or give a good customer service.

Do NOT Go to this Panda Express. They charged my fiancée double for the food ordered and then refused to refund when it was noticed until I asked what was going on and got angry. They tried to get my fiancée to give them Zelle so they could refund that way after being told that we should order more food or come back tomorrow to get a refund. They tried every way to NOT do the refund and then when I asked why they couldn’t, they said “we try not to do refunds”. The staff here is incompetent at best and severely negligent at worst, as well as being incredibly rude. I hate to see how the rest of the restaurant is run based on their behavior. Elizabeth and Anali were the rude people with Elizabeth doing most of the talking.
