I come in for my daily coffee and they are really sweet to me. The manager (I believe he is) even refers to me by name when I come in 🙂 Its so nice. Really well run place nice staff.
Glad there’s a Panera by downtown Dallas. It’s somewhat tucked away from the hubbub yet still at a conveneint location. Parking’s good & free considering the location. It’s been here for awhile too—since 2008. Good sized servibgs compared to other more meager Panera servings of the same items. Service is ok. Not the happiest or warmest of people but still like their efficiency. Bathroom’s need a code. Could do with an Interior update as well.
I kept have my delivery order stolen and i spoke with Nick. He got another dasher to pick up the order after it already made twice. I was so upset that i likely wouldn't get anything out of it besides a store credit but Nick called me back and got it resolved. When i got my food, i called him right away and let him know that it meant alot to me! Now that's remarkable service. I see Nick got praises from other customers also on previous reviews. Give him another raise...
