I would’ve given it a five -star on my pizza but I ordered for pick up and some delivery service took my pizza before I got there, the young lady apologized, and made me one as quickly as could.
Last night, I ordered pizza. I go to pickup my pizza only to find out that it’s Only 1 person working. She was the cashier and pizza maker (Lashonda). I could tell that she was overwhelmed, but she was handling business to the best of her ability. I just wanted to spotlight her for this.

The worst customer service I have received at a Pappas John's in the Dfw. The order was so delayed to the tune of over 20 minutes. NOT once did the employee acknowledge that we were customers not apologize for the delay.i like Pappas johns pizza but I am better off as t little ceasars.
