The worst customer service I have received at a Pappas John's in the Dfw. The order was so delayed to the tune of over 20 minutes. NOT once did the employee acknowledge that we were customers not apologize for the delay.i like Pappas johns pizza but I am better off as t little ceasars.

So this was my first time trying papa john's and I gotta say. I'm disappointed. I saw the comercial with the epic garlic stuffed pizza so i figured I'd give it a try. While ordering, i went ahead and got papadias. Now i will say the Philly cheese and pepperoni and bacon papadias were great. Full of flavor, cheese, meats, soft and cripsy breading. After that, i had high hopes for the pizza. Man was i wrong. Lol no flavor, i could barely taste the cheese in the crust. No garlic, little cheese, but the pepperoni was good. Cheese bread was dry and couldn't taste the cheese on that either. People say papa john's was the best ingredients but whats the point to have the best ingredients if you dont use them. Overall the pizzas lacked flavor. Papadias were great though.

This PJ has to be a damn joke!!!! I waited at the counter for nearly 5 -8 min for someone to even come to me and acknowledge me. A light skin lady who wore a wig tilted to the side showing glue walks up and says "phone or in store pick up!" I say "in store."The girl walks off with no "give me a second, I'll be right with you"...nothing!I waited for another 8 min. She walks to the counter picks the phone up n says "I have to make a call."I'm like she can't be serious rn!She then picks the phone up, and appears to make a call but not say a word!I'm thinking she will take my order once she hangs up!Nope, she hangs up the phone and walks away!I then ask her loudly "ma'am do you know how long it will be before someone will take my order?!"She looks up and says " Give me a second."At this point "I said hell I gave you 15 min with no hello, no sorry be with you in a minute nothing!This item says "at this point I don't need to serve you, we busy!!!"I will be contacting the main corporate office tomorrow.This item has no class at all!No manners, just wig and hood!To be honest she appeared to be under the influence of something!!!It's so sad to see Pappa John's name go down with this item in there trying to represent!!!

This is the most unprofessional papa John's I have ever been to from the manager down to the delivery driver.. I recommend everyone finding some other papa John's pizza to eat from unless u like rude customer

Terrible customer service, after being the only one here this morning they was not prepared, had me waiting for the to get the drawer open for about 40min as my food got cold on the counter when he finally did get it open to give me change instead of giving me change and letting me get my food he sat on the phone talkin for another 5min before I had to almost force my money in his hand to give me change, and when I finally did get my food the order was prepared wrong and it looked like they gave me a small instead of the mediums I ordered. Overall this place was terrible and I'm pretty sure I was the first and only order, I won't be ordering from this place ever again
