I lov it all! The price is affordable too. All sides are fresh and the meat is delicious too my fav is the fat fries n beef ribs!
Though I was picking up a door dash order, the food looks awesome and smells amazing. I've eaten from Pappas before and they were the best ribs I've ever eaten.
TLDR; The price of a catering and the quality of street BBQ.
Brisket: Dryish
Sausage: Bland but very juicy
Beef Rib: Absolutely disgusting how little meat you get for such a big bone, there was maybe a bite or two worth on the whole thing. Despicable.
BBQ Sauce: Slightly generic, tangy, I think its good
Mac&Cheese: One of the few good things, I like it
