Me and the family love Pollo Regio! The food is delicious. I love the seasoning on the chips and fries! Probably what makes them addicting. Me and my mom had great customer service from Luis today! Definitely recommend this location!
First time to this place. Claudia took care of us. She is a literal angel. The food, impecable, the music, amazing, the green guacamole looking saucy sauce, to die for. I’d legit take a bath in it if I could. 10/10 recommend Pollo Regio.

Loved Emanuel ! His attitude, his kindness, EVERYTHING! The service and the food were amazing and honestly I ate the best polo asado I have in a minute and to make it better Emanuel chatted with me and my parents and made the atmosphere sooo fun and enjoyable:)
