Food is great but sometimes not merely cook especially the fries. Sometimes that forgot to put the fries. I called but no one answered the phone listed. Sometimes they just hand the food on drive thru without any thank you or smile.
Terrible customer service. They never have the items that are advertised as new on the menu. They make you pay and then tell you there's a wait. Last at the window had an attitude. I'll find another location because customer service here is lacking. I only have 3 stars because at least when I finally got my food it was tasty.
I ordered online. The service was really polite and pick up was a breeze. The sides and fries were delicious but the tenders were not fresh. They were room temp which makes feel greasy due to some of the oil settling. Not enjoyable. Their wings were hot and delicious.
