Waited over 30 mins …and all I ordered was small mozzarella sticks that weren’t even fresh and a freezeblast it looked nasty when she handed it to me and it taste like chemicals

Edit: I spoke to the staff there and they resolved the issue.
I paid $0.75 for 3 ranch packets and didn't get them. It made the mozzarella sticks less enjoyable. Also the person taking my order clearly had a hard time understanding me and they even got things wrong I had to correct. Like they put ice in my soda when I requested no ice. They did get me a new soda, but 2 things wrong in 1 order is wild. Also it took a long time for how few people there were. I would like...read full review
