i ordered biscuits online and didn’t receive it so i went back for them and they told me to park outside cs itll be ready in 5mins then 5mins passed no one came out . had to go inside turned out they threw the receipt away. they gave us the biscuits but in no box or in anything just the paper bag .

I was so excited when we got a Popeyes so close to home but honestly I will stay away went today may 21 2026 and the service was horrible the cashier in front so rude threatening to fight customers didn’t want to provide name and all because they didn’t have chicken and I asked for it fresh I didn’t mind the wait but worst experience ever management needs to do better when hiring these young kids by the way my order was a 16 pcs plus sides and chicken sandwiches for the amount I spent I think they should understand it’s not cheap so disgusting

went here today thru drive thru May 3, 2026 10:22pm i was told they're not taking orders no more, i asked if they are close there was no answer.. looked up online they don't close til 11pm. yeah management you gotta do something bout your lazy workers

I went to this location around 5:30pm and you will not believe they were COMPLETELY OUT OF MILD CHICKEN..And ONLY ONE SPICY WING…Who does that during rush hour /dinner time..Then the cashier had the nerve to be mad because I was mad..I had a right to be upset..They are always out of SOMETHING at this location..It’s ridiculous….I ordered 2- 3 piece chicken meals with 2 small red beans and rice and the red beans and rice omggg it’s was like both were half full like literally one spoon of beans and one spoon of rice for the price I paid it should have at least been filled to the rim…and I love Popeye’s but this location makes Popeyes’s look bad unfortunately…This location needs new management and crew with excellent restaurant and customer service skills..

Ordered online. Got to the restaurant was asked to park. Waited 20mins. Still no one came out. Went back to drive thru to be told they were looking for me horrible experience cold food will definitely never come back

Came in the line at 7:30pm the kids on the speaker playing that’s the first thing , I asked for a two piece classic they say they don’t have classic and the cook not there so I gotta pick my poison. Def won’t be coming back may I add.. when I asked for them to just cook classic chicken they said the cook was out of commission and I had to pick my poison which was spicy chicken something I clearly kept saying I don’t want that they tried forcing me to get as if I didn’t have a choice

Love the chicken, the restaurant is modern and clean but the wait time was bad despite being the only one there at the time cashier said 5 minutes but it was actually 16 minutes I guess they give priority to drive-thru orders, customer service is ok but I think understaffed, only saw 3 people working so that contributes to having to wait on a family meal 🍗

If I could leave 0 stars I would worst Popeyes ever take a hour just to get your order the whole staff looks like teens who don’t care seen some staff outside talking to they're friends while I’m waiting for my order never coming back
