Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Tried to switch my chicken pieces without me knowing. I ordered white meat, and she gave me dark and said the white meat (wings) were not ready. I asked for a breast, and she found a wing. She tried to substitute with a thigh. No bueno. After all that, the food was cold.

This is first Popeyes that has the chicken the way Popeyes use to always have it back in the day. The staff was amazing the food was delicious. This Popeyes really brought back nostalgia to us. Best Popeyes hands down..

The food is great - if and when you ever get what you order. And so long as you like your tenders dry since they never remember to include your dipping sauces. The service at this Popeyes was initially fantastic when they first opened. But over the last year it has eroded to be as unreliable as the super slow Popeyes on east RL Thornton Freeway.

Need to make sure workers are actually working and not on phones and talking to eachother stood at the counter for 5mins before anyone noticed me there but the food was good and fresh just bad customer service and cheap with condiments I payed for food no way I only get 3 ketchup packets with 4 pieces of chicken and fries

They give the burgers very raw, they don't work in that place, they should give the chicken more cooking in general.

Got the golden bbq sandwich combo and everything was great. Customer service today was above and beyond, I forgot to ask for no ice in my drink but it's like they read my mind and spared me from the janky fast food ice machine ice in my tea. Bless them, on a saturday no less! Sincerely thank you.

Today is my sons birthday and I came here they told me to wait 12 minutes in the parking lot so I waited and saw cars behind getting my order before I went inside Popeyes and ask and the guy was saying he gave me my order I hear them talking to the manager saying he wasn't even checking on the ticket so he gave my order to someone else so I had to wait another 9 minutes the good thing that I did got a refund ... they need to train their workers better....

The service is bad especially drive thur with the girl in the blonde, always has a nasty attitude. she always tends to make me wait up front for about 30-40 minutes or my order comes out wrong, especially the manager Pedro, he never has a positive attitude and the way he treats his staff is upsetting , DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY HERE , someone needs to take action at this place and get rid of those two.

The manager Pedro is a rude person, he serves with reluctance and he spends his time treating his employees in such a despotic way. Personally, it seems so ridiculous to me that this person is the one who manages the kids, not at all professional. How can you think of treating them badly? to your employee in front of customers?
