Im not sure if this is a Popeyes issue or uber eats but, I used uber eats to order. The menu is standard and that's okay but I wanted specific items and there is nowhere to note it anywhere. I tried calling the store 3 times and no one answered...I also called two other locations and they didn't answer either. I am from Louisiana so I'm hooked on Popeyes and I wanted it but had to get whatever. Can someone edit the app or just answer the phone...I'm not happy....p.s....

Was in the hospital for a few days and needed some good food and they did not disappoint. The guy taking my orders seem like he was a very young man, but he literally took my order perfectly, asked the right questions, did not rush me, and made the process seamless. Ask someone with social anxiety situations like these are very awkward, but I was very happy with this experience.
